Our youth are the leaders of the future. They need real leadership skills to guide and focus them in their personal lives, on their career paths and to empower them to deal with life’s challenges both personal and as part of society.
Participants of Living Leadership Programs delve into the lives of past great leaders, discussing, analyzing and learning skills, mind sets and application from “real life” leadership scenarios. Working through true trials and tribulations of these great leaders empowers participants to identify skills such as, decision making processes, use of internal and external influences to gain success, empowerment of self and others, commitment to a cause, and much more.
The great power of Living Leadership Programs is that the process then continues and teaches participants how to use the failure and success of these past leaders to empower them selves as leaders in their own lives, communities and world at large .

The participants work through the trials and tribulations of these great people to discover and critique the decision making processes used, their failures and successes. The Living Leadership Programs create an environment that builds a productive, intense team interaction, where participants are 'transported' to another time and place to improve their physical, emotional and social team dynamics. The session end with brainstorming sessions and group discussions, to formulate how they can use the experiences they go through in Living Leadership Programs in their specific work places and their own positions both personal and within the organisation. Participants are encouraged to put their views forward in a safe and supportive environment.
